My Location, Weather, and Clock keep changing to places in India... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in the Central US and my location on the home page with the clock and the weather keep changing to New Delhi obviously in India, and wont change back until it wants to. This has become a major problem with messing up my alarms in the morning.. lol.. I have the google location setting on as well as the GPS and it still keeps doing it. I dont know how to change it. I have a second location on the scroll down weather screen, but it doesnt save on my home...

1. is there a way to set a standard location or something..

2. any ideas to get it to change back sooner..

Are you rooted or running stock?

If you're rooted, well, that's probably the cause...

If not, check for an update, upgrading to Froyo if you have Eclair may fix it.
