Hello, new member here, so go easy !!

This morning I placed my phone on charge as normal before I go to work, came back to it about 15 minutes later and it was restarting, vibrating and staying on the 'Google' start up screen. Great start to the day !

Where do I go from here ?

I have a funny feeling that I will be loosing everything on my phone ??

Help will be much appretiated :-)

Try wiping cache through stock recovery. Both volume buttons + power from powered off state. Select recovery. If you get red triangle, press volume + and power

Don't press start. Press recovery. Use one of the volume buttons to scroll and use power to select. When you get the triangle, then press power and volume +

No doesnt work.

I'm sorry, but you're going to have to be a little more specific. What doesn't work? Were you able to wipe cache and it just didn't boot? Or could you not get to stock recovery? If you tried wiping cache and it didn't work, you'll likely have to wipe data/factory reset from the recovery menu.

Here's a link if you need step by step. Scroll down to the alternate method.
