My phone won't let me send picture msgs

I haven't been able to send mms messages since I had my phone, everytime I try to send it, it sends for a very long time then it stops and say ''error''... has this happen to anyone else?? If so how did u fix it??

I am having the same problem. I have wifi and data on.
Can I make it send a mms message over wifi? I'm in an area of very limited service and I usually am better off finding wifi than getting to the 3 or 4 hilltops that i have found with decent 3G.

Sometimes you can sneak one off on wifi, but generally you must use 3g or 4g

It happened to me and I can send pics with data on and 3G not using wifi

I use Hangouts and Chaton. I lean more towards Chaton simply for the features. Either one works via wifi.

First of all what carrier are you using?? and second try and SIM PULL!

Power off the Device.
Second remove SIM card from Phone.
Third Power on and wait two minutes.
Repeat steps to reinstall SIM.
