My phone won't read my sd card

My phone model is ASUDZ00D it won't read my sd card,I try to connect it to my pc and it is also not detected.I also try to insert it to other phones and it's working and detected
What should I do I already clean the sd card and insert it back but it still not detected,help pls

Any chance the card is higher capacity than the device is designed for? That happened to me with a tablet.

Reformat your SD card with your computer then try. This should work fro you.

If the SD card does not work with your device and does not work with a computer or other card reader, the SD card may be bad.Perhaps it might be scratched or have physical damage.
