my pictures wont load pictures of my son

i had a cosmos touch and all the pictures with a 16 gb sd card in it but then i upgraded to a droid. but my droid is old and has a lot of problems so i switched back but all the pictures i took wont switch back over to my cosmnos touch. all i can open on my cosmos is the my pictures category but not any pictures of my son or anything help how do i move all of my pictures over????

The cosmos touch, unlike the droid, will only see pictures that are saved in a certain folder. Find the folder with the pictures you previously took w/ that phone and move the other ones into it.
