Mybackup Root - Market link problems

I backed up all my data with Mybackup Root and restored it after I flashed a new rom. Now, I have all my apps but the market doesn't recognize them, that is when I go to "my downloads" it only shows 2-3 apps (none of which have been restored).

Is there a way to fix this? If so, how?

Phone is Samsung Fascinate: 2.2, EB01 (Superclean 2.00)

I also had this problem. I think the backup was to old and the apps had since been updated. I had to write down all the apps and reinstall from the market.

I backed everything up about an hour before I restored. Bummer.
