MyBackupPro Issue

I have MyBackupPro running a scheduled daily backup on my Droid X. It runs at 4:00am and is supposed to backup everything (Data & Apps). I noticed today that while I have the last 30 days of Data backup available for restore, it has not backed up my apps for the last 2 weeks. Any idea what might be causing this?

It's doing weird things like that for me too. It screwed me this week as I got another Droid1 refurb.
