Name of this Widget bar? Default droid x had this bar but i removed it

What is the name of the default widget bar that has brightness, gps.. wifi, airplane, and something else


I removed it form the page, but think i want it back.

check out switchpro, same thing w/ a few more options. Gives you the option to cut 3g on and off if your in a bad signal area so you can save your battery
