Need a list and tut how to place stock apps back on phone

Hi, my phone updated last night downloaded without notice and I was gonna go ahead and install because this pop up is very annoying. So please if could get me e a link and tut for stock apps. Thanks.

Or is there a way to stop this pop up? Because I don't think this update is that really important.

Good question. I'd like to know even though I haven't got the prompt yet. All my bloat is renamed except for one thing, and I can't remember which app it is that I deleted....in fact I might not have deleted it....i can't remember anymore. Ugh...
