Need an app

I need an app that will let me swipe from left to right to switch between open applications while I'm in car mode. Any suggestions?

As far as I know, this is not supported because each app manages its own swipe gestures. There is no way for a background app to listen for swipe gestures and switch apps. Sorry! This will probably never happen, but it is a good idea though.
