Need Android calendar that can synch

I've been using Efficess - a great desktop calendar that easily synchs with the android app. But ever since the last Galaxy upgrade, it stopped synching. Does anyone know of an Android app that will synch with a PC desktop calendar app? (NOT google cloud). Thanks for your input.

Google. Calendar is what I use but I don't use a desktop ...

I also use Google calendar on my phone and on my laptop via Chrome browser. Over the years, I have purchased apps from Google play such as calendar + and calendar biz ... but the end of the day, nothing really beats Google calendar [emoji413]
