I recently took apart a droid 2 and need some parts for repair. I need the part that is in the top left of the attached picture. It is a cable.

If anyone has ideas to getting this part, that would be great. If someone has a broken droid 2, i would be willing to buy it.

Holy Crap, is that your phone? LOL
Where did you get that pic? That part may be the same as the one used in the Droid1. Craigslist has had some D1s for pretty cheap even if not bricked. There are some places that sell OEM parts for PDAs and phones but the D2 is still pretty new for part to show up in the supply chain. The part may also be 'packaged' into a kit with a group of related components even if you can find an OEM supplyer.
If you have handset insurance it may be easier to 'damage' your phone and request a replacement...

We totally pulled apart someone's Palm Pre at work 2 weeks ago. You just keep undoing screws and eventually it looks like the picture in the first post. A used phone is an excellent source of parts.

Damaging a phone on purpose to put in a claim is fraud. Let's not suggest that.
