Need Help ASAP...Droid is Messed up

Ok so here is the deal...I have had my droid for a little over 2 months now, i decided to ROOT and all that and everything has been going good..

Currently Running BB v0.4 on a chevy 1.1 ULV kernal..with the x_theme.

I tried changeing something on the theme and i added the zip file and went to download it back throuhg ROM MANAGER and it successfully did so but on the RE-boot it got stuck on where the Droid word comes up..

Not i can do anything i have Gotten it back into Clockwork recovery mode and i have wiped data/ factory reset and all that and i have cleared the cache but it still fails to do anything..

I NEED HELP!!

You Sir are the Best...my stomach was in a knot because i have so much stuff on my phone and didnt want to lose anything due to a broke phone!!!
