need help asap!!! DROIDS MESSSED UP

alrite so i rooted my droid today with the easy root. worked great and i downloaded the premium Rom manager, everything was going good until i got the cyanogen mod...... i downloaded the theme like my friend did for his droid, it was loading and going smoothly until it wouldnt load up. jsut kept doing the droid and EYE for a good 30 minutes. brought it to verizon and they did a "hard reset"..... phone turned on but now i have nothing and cannot get the android Market wiget, and i cannot restore it to the factory default..... PLEASE HELP!!!! im going away in a few hours and this is ruining everything!!!!!! i jsut needa somehow get 2.2 or even 2.1 and get rid of the cyanogenmod theme

iv tried all that i personally know to try to get it back to factory default, nothing worked. does someone have a Backup that i could use and also says in on Android 2.1-update 1..... ..........Mod version: CyanogenMod-5.0.8-Droid................ i jsut want my basic easy to use 2.1 or 2.2 back!! hahahahah

You have 2 choices.

If you can get the rom SD card by taking it out of the phone and using a card reader or if the USB connection works, then down load a new rom and try loading it using a boot rom manager like SP Recovery or Clockwork Mod. So when you boot and Hold X it loads a better recovery manager not the stock Motorola one. But this will only work if your recovery rom manager has been flashed.

If not, do a search for RSD lite. Im using 4.6. Download the drivers for your Motorola Phone either 32 or 64 bit and install them. DO a search for the OEM 2.0.1.sbf file and load it with the RSD lite. Give it some time and your back to OEM out of the box and it will download the new 2.2 again.

Here is a quick update. I havent done this yet but it is the same thing as i was saying only it takes you to a stock 2.2

Sounds like either you will have to use sbf to unroot. There are manuals in this section to help you out..

Next time you do this do not use Easy Root. Use this instead:

alrite got it back! used the Lithium mod Gold elegance and its all abck to normal! thank god hahahah. thanks for the help guys
