Need help Overclocking!

I Rooted my DX a couple weeks ago, got all the BackUps, Wireless Tether figured out...I just have no clue on how to OverClock...I have the OverClock App, but I just don't know what to set it at...Someone plz help...Thx

Ok so the first thing you have to do is test your phone to see what is safe for it. Try 1.2 ghz at ultra low voltage first and see if that seems stable. And don't set anything on boot untilled you have tested it for at least a week.

You could do that but a lot of roms come pfeloaded with overclock capabilities. Of you have any other questions let me know.

Indeed. I think at this point most if not all of the roms have been updated to that update though.

I'm actually nit all that familiar with dx ron's but I've heard good things about fission and apex.

The best place to get roms is right here on droid forums. Look through the droid x roms section and if you find one that catches your eye, there will be instructions and a downloads link in the first post of the thread.
