Need help returning Rooted Droid 2 back to Stock Gingerbread!!!

I have a Droid 2 that is rooted and running Liquid gingerbread but I am giving it to a friend and want to put stock gingerbread on it. Is there a way to get the stock gb update.zip and run it or is there more to it?
