need help stuck on motorola screen

I have the blue theme from lithium mod and I've had it for a while. Last night I put my phone on the charger and when I check it today it wouldn't do anything. I pressed the power button opened it up nothing, so I took battery out and turned it on. Now its stuck at the motorola screen and has moved from there for 30 mins.

Edit: Can you boot into Recovery by holding Power and X from a powered down state ?

Generally for most boot loops it means going into recovery and wiping both data and cache. Give that a try and see if that doesn't work.
