Need help with copy & paste...

I want to send a copy of a post on my Facebook page via a text message to a friend ..can't seem to figure out how to do that....
I was able to copy the text I wanted and it said sent to my "clipboard"...where is my clipboard?:icon_eek:

Once it's on the clipboard long press on the area you want to paste it in. A pop up will come up and paste should be on there.
