Need Help with Exchange

I just started a new job that has Exchange email for my work email. I am having problems getting it set up on the Droid. I have set up Exchange accounts in the past with no issues. My company supports the Droid and I have all of the settings from my employer but when I enter everything and try to set it up it says that the "exchange server required security features that your phone does not support". My company lists the Droid as a supported phone however.

Is there some type of software or update I need to do to get this extra security needed for my companies exchange server?

The exchange error is not really related to your phone, per se...it is related to the settings on your phone. So maybe share with us what settings you are using.

Are you using SSL certificates?

Yes my company says in their instructions "Encryption/SSL required: Yes" So I chose that. I even tried setting it up without that checked and I still got the same error.
