Need help with facebook sync

In my accounts and sync I have facebook for HTC Sense enabled, but in my people I have a list of contacts, but all of the photos are gray portraits.

Any ideas?

You have to edit the contacts (these would be phone or Google contacts) and link them with their fb contact.
