Need help with GB Leak

I have had the GB leak on my Droid x for the last month or so. I have heard the OTA GB update is getting pushed out now. I want to go back to stock Froyo 2.2. I am not rooted. Any instructions would certainly help. Thank you

Search the rim forum you will want to sbf to stock froyo. Simple process?

Download - 1KDStaz0.8.iso
burn to cd.
boot from cd.
follow prompts to sbf.
