Need help with my android phone

Can somebody help me
my android phone is a lenovo a516 the problem is that i cant get it start.
everytime i start it up it always freezes in lenovo screen and everytime i try to safe boot i cant press anything it just freezes.
Can anyone help me that would be appreciated.

Welcome to DroidForums danialamshar! I'm not familiar with the lenovo a516. Is there anything that you have done differently with it recently? New apps installed? rooted?

Welcome to the forum @danialamshar ! Like Tis, I'm not real familiar with that device either. After doing a quick Google search, your problem seems to be quite common, with the device freezing, lagging and just overall sluggishness. How long have you had the device? If it's still fairly new, have you contacted your carrier or Lenovo about getting it replaced?
Hang in there and hopefully some of our more knowledgeable members can offer some assistance.

I've had it for one phone year already. Went to have the phone fixed and the shop assistant told me it couldn't be repaired, as it has been 'rooted'.

I sorry to hear you're having the troubles with your phone. Since its rooted I'm assuming you rooted it yourself? If so, you might want to try doing a Factory Data Restore. If that doesn't works, then you might want to try finding the most recent ROM for your phone and flashing it.
