Need help with my devour

So 10 minutes ago my phone was working fine it was on the charger i went upstairs then came back down looked at my phone and now its stuck on the motorola screen when i unplug the charger i cant turn the phone on it acts like its dead but when the charger is plugged in it wont turn on and just stays on the screen. Can anyone help me out?
