need help

Hi I'm new to forums and need help with my huawei ascend plus. My ascend plus won't let me down load apps, I have three apps now. I bought a 16GB storage card and I transferred all three apps to it and switched my default storage to my SD card. But it still won't let me download apps. Can anyone help?

First, are you rooted? See if you can log into the Play Store using a browser and try sending an app to the phone.

I can can send a app to my phone from a different browser. What does rooted mean?

If you had to ask about root, you aren't, assuming you are the first owner. I suggest you try checking the status of your microSD using a card reader and a computer.

The reason I asked about root is because I'm not aware of a way to change the "default" location of apps without having the phone rooted.

Not all apps can be saved to your external card. If you set your default setting to the card, those apps that can't save to the card might be giving you the errors
