Need Help!!!

I flashed SS4.1 last week and today my phone was working fine and now it goes into a bootlop... but thats not the strange part.... the problem is that it only happens when the phone is on the charger but if i take it off the charger then it completely wont turn on... im hopping someone can help me out and fast thanks in advance

Wow, it really sounds like your battery is fully depleted. Those are the same symptoms quoted by people trying to do something with their phone and a dead battery. when that battery gets really low, as in less than 5%, it really acts strange and takes a very long time to charge with a wall charger. If I recall correctly it will not charge with a usb/computer connection.

I actually just got it working off the charger i had to boot into recovery and i got it to finally do it it was the strangest thing tho haha it was fine one minute next minute it was dead... fully charged also by the way
