need help

Hello, my samsung spica is having a weird problem, that without touching the screen or any keys, multiple applications are opening, even some times calls also going and while any incoming call comes without pressing any keys it is getting answered, all options are disable like auto answer, background data download disabled. please anyone help me to solve this problem, as i was unable to use the phone in this condition.

Never heard of it, but a factory reset should help you out. I dont know how to do it on your phone though.

Also, it's extremely unlikely (read next to impossible) that your phone caught herpes from your laptop.

in this phone its call hard reset and it is not working
