Need Photo ftp

I'm coming from a DriodX and now have a Razr HD. I had an app "DroidNetCam" that worked great, but it doesn't seem to work for the HD. Does anyone know of an app that would allow taking a picture and uploading it ftp to my website.

I'm trying to get close to the abilities that my original program had.
Upload to a directory
Ability to name file so it could overwrite the old file
Set resolution/size of picture.

Use was for a block on my forum where I could snap a picture and it would upload with the filename I had specified "mobile2.jpg" and overwrite the last picture that I had snapped and uploaded.

I use AndFTP which will do some of what you're saying. But, as far as I know, not the set resolution/size. There is a pro version that might do that. I've never looked into it because I don't need that. But I really like it for ftp'ing from my phone to some websites I manage.
