Need Pics... Phone Works, Touch Screen Dead

Ok guys here's my deal. The touch screen on my Droid 4 is dead, no response whatsoever. I can still power it on fine though. I have some important pictures on the internal memory of the phone. However I can't unlock the phone and mount it as usb storage because the screen is dead. Is there any way I can access the internal storage without enabling usb mass storage on the phone? I already have a new Galaxy S4 so I'm not about to attempt a repair on the Droid 4, I'd just like to retrieve my photos. Thanks

You may be out of luck if you can't unlock it.

A good rule of thumb is to not keep any media on the phone that you don't also have stored somewhere else. DropBox does a good job of that.
