Need to PAUSE During Notification

I listen to a lot of audiobooks on my Droid. One thing I hate is that anytime I get a notification sound, I end up missing about five seconds of my book, because the Droid doesn't PAUSE the currently playing MP3 file in order to make the notification sound.

Either that ... or I'm just too stupid to know how to make that happen.

nope, you're not stupid...it's a known issue right now and is *hopefully* being addressed. I asked a similar question a while back and someone provided a link to the "code.google.com" page that addressed the issue. I don't know how to search for that or i'd post the link for ya.
