Need to unroot

I have to take the phone into the store. Is there a video on unrooting 2.2 or can I use this video on unrooting 2.1:

Also, when I take it to the store I most likely will have 2.1 on there. If I was a technician the first thing I would try would be to upgrade me to 2.2 to see if that fixes the problem. If it happens that they "kindly" upgrade me to 2.2 will I still be able to root?
