Need updated adobe flash?

Hi I was trying to watch a video of a past service from my church and it tells me that I need an update to the adobe flash, any thoughts? I don't know what the format is, but here is a like to site I'm trying to watch.

Like the others have stated, Flash is unfortunately not supported for the Droid yet...But come some time early next year (January maybe) we'll have Flash support! can't wait.
