Neighbouring Cell Towers Anyone seeing?

I couldnt do this on my S3 either. Im on an AT&T S4 and Im trying tonfigurebout how to see all of the neighbouring cell towers...I was able to do this on a friends dual SIM straighttalk phone but on the S4 and S3 it only shows me the tower Im connected to no matter what app I use.

Have you tried OpenSignal?

Yes Ive tried all of those types of apps.

The Open Signal app, (under map), shows me all the towers on my S4 and my wife's S3.

Thats not what I mean. On most phones, you are able to view a list of all cell towers that are within range of tue phone however ATT only allows you to view the tower you are connected to

I couldn't possibly be connected to ALL the towers I see. I'm fairly certain I understood. I see my connected tower and 5 others.
