Network Extender connection issue after JB update

Since the JB update, I find my phone does not automatically connect to my Network Extender when I come home. If I turn on Airplane Mode, then turn it off, it will find the NE, but that's kind of a pain. I'm using Samsung's SCS-2U01 for Verizon. Does anyone else have this and have you found a fix? I looked around in Smart Actions and couldn't really come up with a combo I thought would work, but maybe someone else has.
