Network viewer

I have network viewer on my computer that I can see my work on anywhere there's internet. Is there an app where I can have it on my phone?

Not sure about your specific application, but i use PhoneMyPC to do what you described. It allows me to use my PC from my phone, as long as both have an active internet connection.
