New Alarm Clock Question (picture inside)

Sorry that I can't get a better picture.. Not quite sure how to use Drocap2 properly. Anyway, I installed DroidMod 1.0 with Smoked Glass v2 and I don't really understand the new alarm clock UI. It's relatively similar, but what are the big white rounded squares for?

I'm fairly positive they're a remnant of evolution- just a useless body part.

As far as DroCap goes, leave it in timer when you're not using it, and go to menu and change capture mode to notification trigger. just pull down shade and take your pic. Put it back to timer when you are finished.

They really aren't anything. If you want to set an alarm, just make sure you have the colored line under the icon of the alarm.
