I'm new to this forum, smartphones, and my Motorola Droid 2. My carrier is Verizon and I prefer Gmail for my email. I appreciate any help you might be able to offer.
A friend sent me several text messages with pictures. I'd like to save and transfer the pictures to my computer. I downloaded the SMS Backup app by Christop Studer and it worked for my other text messages but not for the messages that came from this friend.
I tried to hold the Options button to get a pop-up menu to see if I could save or forward the pix... that doesn't work.
I tried to press & hold my finger on the picture itself and the only thing that appears on the screen is a red timer bar with a pause button.
I don't know if this makes any difference in how you might help me but I noticed that my friend didn't include a subject line or any actual text, only pictures.
Thanks for any help you can send my way.
