? New & Confused ?

So, I was messing with my phone the other day...
I think to myself, "Self...", because that's what I call myself,...
"Self, why haven't I got any messages about updates on the SG6.0.1 Thread?"
So, I go looking for it,... and it's gone!?!?!
I had to join a whole new forum to find the ROM...
What happened to AllDroid?

Well, I guess what I need to know now is,...
After 3 months or so, with no word from AdamZ about updates to SG for E81...
Do I go and look for a new ROM?
I really don't want too,...
I've felt very lucky to have tried such a great ROM right off the bat.
Coming from SG5 and running SG6, I've been pleased to death!
I guess I just want to be "up-to-date", and would love to be on an E81 build...
Since I'm new, I guess what I'm asking for is a few links to some good reads that answer my concerns listed above.
Thanks for any help I can be given!

I had a buttload of replied in my spam folder :(
Since I'm rooted now with an ESE53 ROM, I'll likely keep looking for my update
I would like to play with a rooted ESE81 ROM though... Even if it was "stock"

Welcome Katt. I think the reason you're not seeing any updates, is because the devs are moving on to ESE81 and other 2.1 (maybe 2.2) ROMs.

I will tell you that I was happy as pie with AdamZ's SG6.0 ROM and only changed because of what I thought was necessity. From his I went back to Pete's BB v1.0 ESE81 with a wipe on install. It's been stable and I increased my battery life significantly. From there I upgraded to his v1.1 and things are still great. The only edit would be that I can't remember if there was a ROM between SG 6.0.1 and BB v1.0.... I was on vacation ;)

Anyway, at least I can vouch that going from where you are to ESE81 was smooth and awesome (just remember to wipe data/cache).

Thanks!
I'm going to have to start reading the other DEVs forums
I'm just having a hard time pulling the trigger, "Don't fix it if it's not broken"...
