New droidian here!

What's up everyone! I am a proud new owner of the motorola Droid, and this is my first android phone. Coming from Blackberries for about 2 years, and the iphone briefly before that. I spent many hours with both devices,hacking and customizing and such, and look forward to doing the same here now with the droid! I love the fact that the Droid is open source,and can be pretty much anything you want it to be. With that being said, I need to learn all the ins and outs of the android system, because right now, I am just a noob...lol
Now, lets get this thing rooted already so I can do my thing!
