New in Des Moines

Hi - just got my Motorola Droid this past Saturday. I LOVE it!! Been slowly figuring out what useful tools I need to help with the battery life. If anyone has suggestions, shout them out!

Hey a fellow Iowan! Welcome and enjoy the forums. Make sure Wifi and GPS are turned off when not in use. Also check for programs that are running in the background. Eliminating a few that you dont need running all the time will help. Hope this helps.
