nope works perfectly for me, I'm on a OG Droid, rooted. but you dont need to be rooted of course, and I havent had any issues at all.

I have an unrooted D1. I did the install and was a little scared when it asked if I wanted to do this as is was a system app. I said yes and it installed.

It took a bit to start the first time, but it does look pretty sweet. The "Downloads" button is missing on the menu, but is replaced with "My Apps" I pressed it and there was an app with an update. The procedure was a little different looking, but still cool.

How else can you get the.update? Will it be sent OTA? Will it work with root?
