From a Droid 2 to a fancy new Razr Maxx ... out of the box, activated, set up, rooted and tethered in less than an hour :icon_ devil:

It doesn't drop nearly enough as it used to I can live with it dropping every few hours. I'll stick with the 4G.

Yea, they are not shy with cramming the max amount of crapware in are they?! Good news is a guy with a Bionic did some benchmark and battery testing with the bloat and without the bloat (frozen/removed). All of his numbers were the same so it doesnt really slow the phone down much or kill battery. Congrats on the new machine!

After I get the thing set up the way I want it, my Titanium Backup will be having a "freeze - fest" ... and I have the updater frozen already so that I can decide to take ICS when I want to ... after the bugs are fixed, etc. :icon_ devil:

What does it mean that ICS is soaking? Should I uninstall Go Launcher EX?

Or if there is a way back to GB then jump right in! :woot:

The utility I used to root has a root for GB and ICS, plus a way to revert back to 6.12.181, as well as "Rootkeeper" to keep root after an OTA
