New member with a Droid X

Hello, I am new to this forum, with a Droid X. Quick story - I bought an Incredible 8 months ago and after my fourth one failed, Verizon finally understood that i had had enough. The only thing they would do though, was "upgrade" me to an X. So I am starting over over. I am hope to have much less issue. in the 2 days i have had the X, I have noticed some things about it i like less than the Incredible, but hopefully with all your help, i will figure it out.
