Hi, My name is Debbier and I am a IT Director who is among other things in charge of helping people with their mobile devices. Two of us here have the Droid X. I am joining this forum in hopes that someone can help me figure out why one of our phones doesn't seem to be syncing contacts. When he adds a contact to outlook 2010 (we use an exchange server) the contact doesn't show up on the Droid.

I'm sure you've checked the Hide/Show settings, checked import contacts, display groups....

welcome to the forum!! this is an issue that has come up in the past. it most likely has to do with your settings, and whether you have the contacts set to sync. otherwise, you can search in here, and will probably find several possible solutions. good luck, and stick around and join in the fun!
