I've had my Droid about a month, love 80% of it. I added my hotmail account with no problems but now I can't delete it. G-mail operates fine but the hotmail account send a new e-mail notification on old e-mails. This is driving me nutz.

elaborate on the second half of that statement. What is going on now?

You HAVE deleted the hotmail account from the phone but are getting emails still?

I'm lost. Can you tell me exactly what/when is happening?

I think I know what's going on and have and idea how to fix it.

Maybe I can clarify as I believe I'm having the same issue. I've added the hotmail and now that I want to delete the account from my phone it wont allow me to. Any ideas?

What app did you add your hotmail through? If not using the gmail app because the account isn't through gmail I'd recommend K-9 Mail. I used it for my gmail when the gmail app was being annoying and loved it.
