New note 10+ connected to computer displays as blank

I apologize if this is an old topic for these phones. I'm moving from a note 3 to a note 10+ and I wanted to move my ringtone and notification files to the new phone but when its connected to the computer the name is there but the folder is blank. Wasn't an issue with my old note 3. What am I doing wrong?

I can’t remember last time I moved ringtones ...hope ya got it figured out ..if not we shall check in it

Thanks but I was just mind numbingly stupid. Watching the phone when its plugged in it asks if you want to allow access. Its quick though and disappears fast which is why I missed it the first time.
