We are expecting a refresh of the widely popular NVIDIA Shield TV to be revealed at CES next month. A few images of the new device have leaked out showing an all new Game controller. The main changes we are seeing on the new controller is the removal of the touchpad and a revamp for overall better grip. The actual NVIDIA Shield TV set-top-box keeps the same design with the green light and triangular glyphs. Sources say that the device may come in two sizes although the cheaper version may end up just being the current version with the new controller. Other rumors we have seen show the upgraded device includes 4K video support, and 802.11ac WIFI and MIMO antennas. We should see the all new unit in a few weeks at CES.
