Yep, got it too. Did not see the official list of fixes, but it patched the Stagefrigth vulnerability. When the news came out I had downloaded the Stagefrigth Detector from Lookout. I run it again after the OTA and now it comes up negative.
My battery also went south, barely lasting all day. Did a cache partition wipe a couple days ago, seemed to help. The whole 48 hour battery hype was just that.
I've also noticed that I have to manually force the wi-fi to connect to my home network. It used to automatically connect when in range. Not any more. This is a MAJOR PITA.
Do not mean to add insult to injury, but I have not experienced any adverse effect on battery life or connectivity in my Turbo. It is 6:30pm and I still am at 77% battery. Phone has been on since 6:45am this morning.
Is it possible that some of your applications are not getting along well with the OTA, for whatever reason?
I did perform a cache wipe after the OTA update, just in case.
Did a cache wipe. That seemed to help, at least with the wi-fi connectivity issue. Gonna give it a few more days to see if battery drain issue is still there.
