New phone freakout and crash

Just got my new phone today shortly after powering it up the screen started freaking out then black screened, it still gets calls but you cant see anything on the screen... What is wrong with my new phone ??????

Dunno just send it back.. within 14days you get new replacement. After 14 you get refurbished ... don't hesitate on somethibg as bad as what you are experiencing..

I agree with thaDroidz. It sounds like you got a dud. I wouldn't bother wasting your time troubleshooting it. Return/exchange it ASAP!
