New phone replacment

So after going through 5 refurbs my dad got a hold of one of Verizon's executives and they say they were sorry for the inconvenience and they're sending me a brand new phone. Has anyone else got a new phone replacement like this?
If so, Does it come in a brand new unopened box like i just got it? or has it been opened by Verizon?

Yeah, it will be a brand new unopened box. When I get a replacement they always give me a brand new phone right at the store

Yes, when you return yours you can keep the charger, battery and sd card. You can even keep the battery cover but I don't think there is a need to do that.

You can't keep the phone... just the sd card, battery...

Well I know that.. lol
But its a new phone not a refurb so do I get to keep the battery and charger, ect that I have now, plus, all that same stuff that comes with the new one?
