New sd card installed, music all unknown artist

Just Installed a 32g class 6 chip, I can get videos and pics over ok, but when I transfer music it gets lumped under album "sdcard" and they have no identifiers, all unknown artist. I'm getting very frustrated. Does anyone have any tips? -M

Update: Only if I allow RealPlayer to convert and send to the incredible does it work. So the music is in. But... Now I can't get ant pics or vid to view after transfering. I'm going straight to the root folder. It worked this morning. This is so frustrating.

So you use realplayer? My music transfers just fine and I use iTunes...

Well click on the song, right click and select properties or something like that, and see what kind of music files you have, like what format (MP3, AAC, etc.) and post any other information that came with that.
